How is Age Calculated?
Age is calculated by finding the difference between today's date and your date of birth. The process involves three steps:
- Subtract birth year from current year to get years
- Adjust for months – if the birth month hasn't passed yet this year, subtract one year
- Adjust for days – if the birth day hasn't occurred yet this month, subtract one month and add the remaining days of the previous month
